SHIPPING

1. Shipping Within India

  • Tavolinn ships through our trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and reliable service.
  • We ship our products to most locations across India.
  • Every product is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Tavolinn ensures each product while it is in transit until it is successfully delivered to you.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details and carrier information.
  • All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
  • Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
  • We are unable to redirect or modify shipping addresses once items have been dispatched.

2. International Shipping

  • Tavolinn facilitates international shipping through a shipping partner of your choice.
  • All international shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are to be borne by the client.
  • All risks associated with international shipping, including delays, damages, or loss during transit, are to be borne by the buyer.
  • Tracking and carrier details will be shared once the shipment has been arranged and dispatched.
  • Tavolinn is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 6 to 12 weeks after payment confirmation.
    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Shipping timelines vary depending on whether the item is available in our warehouse or is made-to-order. The estimated shipping date for each product is mentioned on the respective product page.
  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number along with delivery details will be sent to you via email.
  • Products that are in stock and ready in our warehouse are generally processed and shipped within 7–14 days.
  • Items that are made-to-order or customized typically require 45–90 days to be manufactured and shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Delivery location
  •  Shipping method selected
  • Shipping fees will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping costs will vary depending on the purchased product, as well as the method and location of delivery. You can email us on tavolinn.home@gmail.com for international delivery with the selected product, address and zip code

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

DELIVERY ISSUES AND DELAY

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs, we will do our best to assist you and provide updates where possible

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate
  • In case of visible damage to packaging at the time of delivery, we recommend noting it with the carrier before signing and contacting our support team immediately.
  • For Residences / Offices situated on Ground Floor, Products would be handed over to Doorstep.
  • For multi-level buildings, Products would be placed in a secure lobby area after informing the Security desk.
  • Arrangement of manpower to carry the furniture inside any space would be at customer’s sole responsibility.
  • Assembly instructions if any would be provided along with the product.
  • Kindly check our ‘Measure your Space’ video before ordering any Product; easy steps to ensure Size adaptability & delivery are suggested in it.
  • Customers are requested to carefully measure access points before delivery, especially if the furniture needs to be moved through staircases or elevators. Please ensure adequate staircase height and width, doorway openings, and luggage/service lift dimensions so that the furniture can be safely transported to the installation area. Tavolinn will not be responsible for delivery complications arising from insufficient access space at the delivery location.
