Warranty Policy
At Tavolinn, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our
products. Our furniture is manufactured using carefully selected materials and
skilled workmanship. To ensure customer confidence, Tavolinn provides a limited
warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use conditions.
1. Warranty Coverage
- All
Tavolinn furniture products include a 1-year limited warranty from the
date of delivery. - The
warranty primarily covers frame structure and manufacturing defects in
materials and workmanship. - If a
product covered under warranty develops a manufacturing defect, Tavolinn
will coordinate pickup, refurbishment, or repair of the item. - Once
the product is received at our facility, the repaired item will typically
be returned to the customer within 7 days.
Product Warranty Duration
Unless otherwise specified, the following items are covered under
a 1-Year Limited Warranty:
- Sofas,
armchairs, daybeds, ottomans, and beds - Dining
chairs and seating furniture - Wooden
bed frames and storage beds - Dining
tables, sideboards, TV cabinets, bookcases and shelving - Rugs,
cushions, bedding products and decor accessories - Mirrors,
wall art and tableware items
2. Upholstery Exclusion
Fabric and leather upholstery are not covered under warranty.
This includes:
- Fabric
covers - Leather
coverings - Cushion
covers - Stitching
- Buttons
on tufted upholstery - Foam,
fibre or feather fillings
Changes such as fabric fading, leather wear, staining, cushion
softening or loosening are considered normal characteristics and are not
manufacturing defects.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, customers must:
- Email
tavolinn.home@gmail.com with:
- Order
number or proof of purchase - Description
of the issue - Clear
photographs of the defect
- Any
visible defects must be reported within 7 days of discovery. - Tavolinn
will review the claim and may request additional information or inspection
before determining the appropriate solution.
If the claim is approved, Tavolinn will decide whether the item
will be repaired or replaced, depending on the nature of the defect.
4. Non-Warranty Repairs
If the product is no longer under warranty, the customer will be
responsible for all associated costs, including:
- Shipping
and transportation - Packing
materials - Repair
or refurbishment charges - Replacement
parts if required
5. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to the following situations:
- Improper
storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or usage of the product - Damage
caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or intentional damage - Product
modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized parties - Normal
wear and tear resulting from everyday use or natural ageing - Damage
such as scratches, dents, stains, burns, cuts, or discoloration - Damage
caused by pets, moisture, fungus, humidity, or environmental conditions - Products
used outdoors unless specifically designed for outdoor use - Products
used for commercial purposes (restaurants, hotels, offices, or commercial
establishments)
The warranty also does not cover:
- Glass,
mirror, stone, or acrylic components - Electrical
components such as LED strips, USB ports, or plug points - Natural
material characteristics such as wood grain variations, color variations,
knots, or texture differences
These are considered natural and inherent qualities of handcrafted
furniture.
6. Product Variations
As many Tavolinn products are handcrafted, minor variations in
color, grain, size, finish, or texture may occur. These variations are natural
characteristics of the materials and craftsmanship and are not considered
defects.
7. Important Conditions
- Customers
must retain proof of purchase for warranty claims. - Items
repaired or replaced under warranty will continue to be covered only for
the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
Products
must be returned in proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.
